Weird CHKDSK Output?

When I tried to use it in Vista, Vista rejected the program. A display popped up saying the program could not be installed (or used, I don't recall which) in Vista. I also used this program to scan the surface of both drives and the results were both drives were good; no bad sectors were found.

Capturing chkdsk results
Open an elevated command prompt and run bcdedit /enum and check the boot path for Vista. It should not contain any reference to ntldr. If you are unsure of what you are looking at/for, copy paste the results into a response. Either that or the system BIOS has the mbr locked (boot time protection) and is not

Anyway, I typed in the error and found a KB article relating to using older versions of Windows (multi boot) with Windows Vista. People tried Repair installs, Chkdsk /p Fixboot and fixmbr with a mixed bag of results. Some posters even suggested reformatting the drive to Fat32 (which I'm not about to do.
